An outside auditor consistently visits
and evaluates our plant. Rigid personnel sanitation practices
are fundamental to Yolanda Quality Foods, Inc. Sanitation
By following the written Standard Sanitation Operating
Procedures our plant and equipment are cleaned and sanitized
daily. Cleanliness is monitored before, during, and after
production. |

Each of our QA associates receives periodic
training on up-to-date methods for managing food safety
and quality. QA management also train plant associates
in operations such as Manufacturing Practices, HACCP,
and Statistical Process Control. |

Defined shipping policies assure the
condition and quality of our food products. In addition
to confirming the condition of delivery vehicles, our
distribution associates verify product temperature at
shipment and on trailers. All of this ensures he product
arrives at the proper temperature with our quality guarantee.
Yolanda Quality Foods, Inc. also has a regulatory compliance
manager that reviews all labels to meet federal guidelines.
These labels provide clear ingredient and nutritional
information to our customers. |

firm is hired to perform safety audits on our suppliers
as well as conduct surveys on our processing procedures.
We do this in order to identify opportunities for improvement,
and to help strengthen our procedures to assure food safety. |

our plant to conduct and verify the safety of ingredients,
manufacturing environment and finished products. Our plant
uses multi-functional procedures to minimize potential
sources of contamination. Yolanda Quality Foods, Inc.
has specifically trained management and plant employees
to minimize risk through effective production scheduling,
thorough clean up, and clear product labeling. And each
of our suppliers is required to ship ingredients on trucks
that are solely used for food products. |
